The Short Version
Lux'Meir emerged from a long slumber 3 years ago, upon stirring he slowly became aware of his enfeeblement . Gone were his majestic wings upon which he soared, the spear like claws which shredded ne'er-do-wells, his sword like teeth that gnashed villains. Worse still was the fugue that clouded his memories and prevented him from knowing how or why he had been cursed thusly.
Regardless his scales still shined a brilliant platinum, and his ego remains larger then even his supposed former glory could warrant. His Zeal and passion for Heroic deeds drove him to stride forth into world to right wrongs not the least of which is breaking his curse.

"Lux'Meir'Lucero'Narangerel, Argent Radiance and Wyrm of the First Light , Who's name shall soon inspire awe and reverence by all who come to know it."
Nobody thus far has taken the adorable Dragonet seriously much to his consternation. Regardless he is a charitable sort and allows his lessers to simply refer to him as Lord Lux'Meir or just Lux should they be close to peers.

Lux attended the betrothal ball at Valecourt Manor in fine clothing. Guests kept taking him for a fey dragon, which he strenuously denied — he has neither the colouring nor the insectoid wings, and said as much to anyone who raised it.
Pressed on his size, he said at first that this is simply how he prefers to travel, for ease. Then he admitted that this was true once and is not any more: he can no longer return to his grandiose size. He is, he says, quite old, and has lost a great deal of his memory.
It is the first time he has said any of that out loud to anyone. He was offered an introduction to Zellen, Guardian of the Jade Coast — a sea dragon, and possibly a peer.
